By accessing StreamLume, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

1. Private & Invite-Only Access

StreamLume is a private platform. Access is granted solely at our discretion to approved members. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time without notice.

2. Personal Use Only

All content on StreamLume is strictly for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, record, or share any content from this platform.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with any third party.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: attempt to download or capture any streaming content, use automated tools to access the platform, attempt to bypass any security measures, or use the platform for any commercial purpose.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

StreamLume is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Paid screenings

Some titles require a one-time payment (currently ₹20 per movie, processed by Razorpay) before you can stream. After a successful payment, that movie unlocks on the StreamLume account you were signed into for 24 hours.

You must stay signed in while paying. When payment completes, Razorpay returns you to StreamLume so we can unlock the film you were about to watch. Paid access is for personal viewing only. You may not share your account or stream with others.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
